Primary Responsibilities
Manage the ISU cost recovery operations involving asbestos and lead abatement for adherence to regulations issued by the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) and Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA). This includes conducting building surveys, developing project designs, and operating an asbestos identification and fiber counting laboratory. Coordinate similar asbestos and lead project monitoring for the Iowa School for the Deaf.
