Radiation Safety for Material Users - Part 4

The final part of a four part training series for individuals who intend to use radioactive materials at Iowa State University. Part 4 - Performance Based Training is a laboratory classroom session that covers practical methods for ensuring the safe use of radioactive materials. The prerequisite for this training is to complete Part 1, Part 2 and Part 3 online and successfully pass these online courses. This is a laboratory training class. Participants are required to dress for the laboratory including wearing closed toe and closed heel shoes.

Bring your completed Radioactive Material Worker Application (PDF), signed by your PI, to the Part 4 training. You will not be allowed to complete Part 4 without this application.
